Secondly, and more important in the long term, the exercise drives extra blood to your brain, increasing the strength of thoughts that you whilst exercising, as those neural connections are experiencing greater bloog flow.

There are also secondary factors such as the feel good chemicals that are released during exercise, as well as the health improvements that come with exercise. So the next time you want to increase your brainstorming efforts, be more creative, or solve a difficult problem, try going for a long walk or run – it may be the most productive part of your day !
